Crystal Facilities Management delivered a three-phase deep cleaning programme at Red Sea Shura Golf Clubhouse, contracted by Red Sea Real Estate Company.
The requirement
The clubhouse needed construction dust and residues removed, its finished surfaces prepared and its internal spaces cleaned for handover. The scope covered rooms, circulation areas, back-of-house spaces and selected external areas.
Our service
Enhanced builder clean
The team removed dirt, dust and construction residues from timber finishes, doors, walls, floors and ceilings. Windows, glass partitions, outdoor benches and walkways were also included. Heavy-duty vacuum equipment and rotary floor machines supported the work.
Sparkle clean
The next phase focused on the final presentation of the clubhouse, including high-traffic areas, air-conditioning grilles, light switches, ceilings, bathrooms, floors and glass.
Hygiene clean
The final phase included deep cleaning of air-conditioning duct systems, grilles and kitchen ductwork, with access panels used where required.
Project delivery
The work was organised into separate cleaning phases with supervision and equipment allocated to each stage. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe.
